This Privacy Policy was prepared in accordance with Federal Law No. 13,709, of August 14, 2018 – Law on Personal Data Protection, and will be kept under constant review and update to meet legal privacy guidelines. Jump & Label Solutions Informática Ltda is a company, registered under the CNPJ number 09.032.085/0001-64, operating in the technology and data analysis segment, and holder of the intellectual property rights over the website, content, and other assets related to the platform https://www.jumplabel.com.br/.

In this notice, we describe the policies and practices adopted by Jump Label regarding the collection and use of personal data, in accordance with the applicable laws on personal data protection, including with regard to the guidelines provided in Law No. 13,709/2018 (General Data Protection Law – “LGPD”).

What data will be collected?

Jump label collects and processes personal data from anyone who registers on the site, applies for available positions, or maintains a relationship with the company, whether due to an employment relationship or by being associated with a client, supplier, or partner.

II – Exclusive use by Jump Label of data that, individually, are not capable of identifying the holder, with access being prevented by third parties.

Law and jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy is governed exclusively by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, and any judicial dispute that arises based on its interpretation or application shall be judged by Brazilian courts.

The Central Court of the City of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, is hereby elected as the sole competent forum to resolve any doubts or eventual controversies arising from this Privacy Policy, with express waiver of any other, no matter how privileged it may be.
