What data will be collected?

Jump label collects and processes personal data from anyone who registers on the site, applies for available positions, or maintains a relationship with the company, whether due to an employment relationship or by being associated with a client, supplier, or partner.

Who can your data be shared with?

I – In cases where your personal information is essential for compliance with legal, judicial, and administrative orders imposed on Jump Label and/or for the exercise of the right of defense in judicial and administrative proceedings, with the exclusion of the remaining data;

II – Exclusive use by Jump Label of data that, individually, are not capable of identifying the holder, with access being prevented by third parties.

Respecting the storage period reflects our commitment to the security and privacy of your data.

What do we do to keep your data safe?

Law and jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy is governed exclusively by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, and any judicial dispute that arises based on its interpretation or application shall be judged by Brazilian courts.

The Central Court of the City of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, is hereby elected as the sole competent forum to resolve any doubts or eventual controversies arising from this Privacy Policy, with express waiver of any other, no matter how privileged it may be.
